By accessing and using InPulse Logic ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Platform.
InPulse Logic provides software tools for laser cleaning professionals including AI surface scanning, parameter optimization, compliance management, and business operations. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
Paid subscription plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in your account settings.
InPulse Logic provides parameter recommendations, safety guidelines, and compliance tools as informational guidance only. All laser operations must be performed by trained, qualified, and certified personnel in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international safety regulations. InPulse Logic assumes no liability for any injury, property damage, regulatory violation, or other harm arising from field operations or reliance on platform-generated recommendations.
All platform content, code, databases, and materials are the property of InPulse Logic and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all data and content you upload to the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
InPulse Logic is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InPulse Logic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
InPulse Logic reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
