What counts as a scan?
A scan is any AI-assisted surface, weld, or cut analysis request that generates recommendations or structured output.
Is there a free trial?
New accounts have a seven-day introductory trial. Automatic paid conversion requires a separate opt-in and completed payment-method checkout in Settings; no opt-in means no automatic charge. The new automatic-conversion option is being tested and is not live yet. Ordinary paid-plan checkout charges the displayed recurring price immediately.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing can be arranged for larger teams and enterprise accounts during sales onboarding, with roughly 20% savings over monthly.
Can I switch plans later?
