Stage 4 mastery jobs β€” WPS development, NDE coordination, customer-accepted production.

  2. 37.Train a Stage 1 operator through their first 50 lap joints
  3. 38.Diagnose and repair another operator's failed weld (root-cause analysis required)
  4. 39.Aluminum 6061 structural fillet that passes a destructive bend test
  5. 40.Stainless 316L sanitary weld passing borescope inspection
  6. 41.Multi-position pipe weld, single-V groove, 6" pipe, all-position, with passing radiograph
  7. 42.Hot-cracking-prone alloy weld (6063 or A356) with no cracks at 10Γ— magnification
  8. 43.Dissimilar joint with engineering justification β€” material selection, IMC analysis, life prediction
  9. 44.Production run, 200 parts, with documented reject rate and process improvements
